He represents the latest addition to the long-term partnership between Nicolas Thieltgen, Marie Bena and Nicolas Bernardy.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cPhilippe has a remarkable profile, as much for his technical expertise and practical knowledge of the Luxembourg market as for his personal qualities. The need for his appointment became more than obvious in order to support the firm\u2019s growth\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>comments Nicolas Thieltgen, Managing Partner.<\/p>\n<p>Philippe Sylvestre has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014 and joined Brucher Thieltgen &amp; Partners in 2021. With ten years of experience under his belt, he assists the firm\u2019s clients with all aspects of corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on shareholder and corporate disputes, and asset recovery. He has extensive expertise in assisting companies in distress, through reorganization or insolvency proceedings. In his new role, he will co-head the Restructuring &amp; Insolvency department alongside Nicolas Bernardy.<\/p>\n<p>Philippe Sylvestre is a well-known figure in the Luxembourg non-profit and legal associations sector. He is a member of the <em>Association Luxembourgeoise des Mandataires de Justice<\/em>, Legal Mondo, Insol\u2019Europe and is the Luxembourg National Representative of the <em>Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats<\/em> (AIJA). He is also a board member of the Fondation Caritas Luxembourg and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOS D\u00e9tresse.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, keen to pass on his knowledge, Philippe lectures at the Luxembourg School of Business and Management (<em>Ecole de Commerce et de Gestion<\/em>) and at the Luxembourg <em>Chambre des M\u00e9tiers<\/em>.
